Checking out D's socks

D laid down for a nap and Jacob thought his socks were so interesting.  Weird, but cute!

Beach trip, pt. 4

This view never got old!  We had the beach all to ourselves for the third day in a row and it was great. The kids had just as much fun playing the third day as the first, and Jacob got even better at walking. Daddy still spent quite a bit of time walking him around, but he took a few strolls on his own, as well.

The boogie board worked even better this time.

 Snack time!  Charlotte wailed because she thought she wasn't going to have any Cheetos, then cried even harder because I took a picture of her.

 

Beach trip, pt. 3

Naked rest time, because why not?

  In the evenings, it was so convenient to have the pool.  Instead of loading up, getting sandy, and rinsing off, they could just hop in the shady pool while dinner was prepared.

They had a blast, and snacks by the pool were a big hit, as well.
