It's so funny to see the difference between a baby girl silly morning and a baby boy silly morning. Jacob, among other things, pushed Charlotte around the house on a chair, and put a trash can on his head and (literally) bounced around the house. So goofy!

A show after dinner
Lately, the girls have been really into putting on shows. Sometimes simple, sometimes complex, but usually off the cuff. This one was different - they spent time setting up, then invited us up to see the show.
It mostly consisted of a lot of singing and slow waving of arms; I'm not sure what the subject matter was to this day. Jacob had a hard time sitting still and watching, so he spent the majority of the show climbing on either Koby or the bed. At one point, he tried to be part of the show, but he was quickly shut down.
"Sit on me, Jacob!"
One of the girls' favorite ways to play with Jacob is to have him sit on their tummies. (I don't know why they love it so much - he usually bounces up and down hard enough to drive the breath from them, so it must hurt!!) One of them, usually Paige, will lay down and start repeating, "Sit on me, Jacob!" And he happily obliges...
The first school project
Charlotte's first school project was to make a model of a mammal, any mammal, and present facts about it for 2 minutes in front of her PK class. She chose a jaguar, naturally.
After looking at examples of models, she chose a paper-mache approach. It took about 4 weeks to get it ready, from balloon base to painting spots.
I'll make sure to add a finished photo once I get it uploaded!
Paigey faces
Of my three children, Paige might very well be the hardest to photograph. Even though Jacob is in near-constant motion, Paige is in near-constant "face-making-mode" when a camera is out. Here are a few of the many Paigey faces:
Backyard play time
With the beautiful weather we've been having in December, it's hard to believe Christmas is right around the corner. While Charlotte was at school, we spent the morning outside, swinging and roughhousing.
Man, Jacob loves to yell!
He also loves to go "exploring" in places he thinks he shouldn't. Here, he's looking back at me, waiting for me to tell him no, I think.
Then a nice wrestling match, which Paige initiated. She loves to roll around with Jacob!
