We were pretty good about doing school for a good long run after Jacob was born, but now that he's getting older and we can get out for longer periods of time, it doesn't happen much at all. Plus, Charlotte's about to start school in a couple of months, so why not enjoy the last time EVER for the next 2+ decades that school isn't a requirement. Every once in a while, though, one of the girls asks to "do school" - I guess this makes it more playing school at this point!
That Paigey, she is going to be a hands-on learner. Very different from Charlotte, but that's no surprise! She really likes writing her letters and has terrific fine motor skills - notice how she rarely strays from the lines. As for sound, she's still working on mastering the same 8 as always. She can recognize them in the same letter card context, but in other places, it's iffy.
