Bunny birthday, part 2

The morning of Paige's actual birthday, we did the traditional breakfast set-up: decorations at the table, a few presents, and (later) birthday cake pancakes. Of course all bunny, all the way.

At first glance, she didn't seem terribly impressed, but once we pointed out the bunny banner, she got so happy! She checked on the real live bunnies, then wanted to play with the balloons, so we did that for quite a while.  She had never seen punch balloons before.  They were QUITE the hit - we had to really work on convincing her to stop long enough to open a present.

The first little present (really 3 of them, separately wrapped) was a My Little Pony figurine. She let Charlotte open the second while she opened the third, then they immediately ran to the toy room to play ponies.

They were playing that Pinkie Pie (the middle pony) hurt her knee and was in the hospital.  The other ponies were putting a Band-Aid on her, and I believe one of them was a doctor.

Jacob REALLY liked the balloons.  He was obsessed with trying to bite them.  Obviously that didn't work so well - his mouth could never fit around one, but they also kept bouncing away from him.  He finally cornered one with both couches and went to town.
