After playing ponies for a while, we convinced Paige to come back to the table to open the next present, which were water pictures of Disney princesses and fairies. Both girls couldn't wait to play with them, which was great, but by now Koby and I were getting hungry!
After giving them a few minutes, we started the bunny pancakes, complete with chocolate chip eyes. Yum!
Everyone was very excited to eat them. (Charlotte thought a weird pose was best for her picture, so ok...) We lit three candles and watched Paige try to blow them out for like 7 minutes.
At one point, Charlotte tried to coach her on how to do it. Paige watched and listened with the sweetest, funniest look on her face, then continued to fruitlessly breathe on her candles. It took a lot of practice to "blow" hard enough to extinguish the candles!
She opened up another present, and was in the middle of being really excited about glitter pens, when - SURPRISE- Oma and Opa walk in! They could not wait to show them the bunnies.
Eventually, we made it through the rest of the presents.
By now, it was lunch time and cupcake time. Bunny cupcakes, of course. Paige wanted to go to the pool, so we suited up, had a cupcake, and went swimming.
But boy did that tire everyone out! So she picked a movie (The Little Mermaid) and we made a pallet in the living room. I thought for sure Paige would conk out, but she didn't. Notice Jacob in the background - still chasing balloons!
